Instructions for use:
1. The surface of the pot body does not have any chemical coating. Only vegetable oil spraying is used when leaving the factory to prevent rust. Therefore, please follow the instructions to open the pot before use. Black slabs may fall off in the initial use, which is only a carbonized vegetable oil layer, not a quality issue.
2. The cast iron pot is cast and molded by pouring iron into a sand mold. The inner and outer walls of the pot have not been polished, so the surface will not be as smooth as stainless steel fine iron kitchenware. Inevitably sand holes and shallow pits will be formed during the casting process. These are not quality issues, and the pot will become oily and smooth over time.
3. If there are water stains on the pot body after use, please dry and seal it to avoid rust. If conditions permit, apply a layer of oil evenly on the surface, which will be better. If it is already rusted, repeat the steps of opening the pot after cleaning the rust and it will be restored to new.
4. Heating the pot body will cause the iron handle to heat up, while the sandalwood handle will not. Please use it carefully and be careful to prevent scalding.
